The 2016 Mitsubishi L200 exterior is well illuminated with steel and has been crafted from taut and muscular surfaces that have an edgy character line. The Mitsubishi L200 has an all new 2.4 liter MIVEC diesel engine that is available in two states of tune. The entry level engine boasts of 151 bhp and a torque of 280 lb-ft while the higher output version has 178 bhp with a torque of 317 lb-ft.

The engine is fitted with MMC’s Auto stop and Go idling stop system and complies with the strict European environmental regulations. Its CO2 emission on the move is just 169 g/km giving it the best environmental performance in its class. It has a six-speed manual gearbox and also a paddle shift automatic option.

The 2016 Mitsubishi L200  engine uses a variable geometry turbocharger that allows turbine effective aspect ratio to be altered with change in condition so as to generate a gutsy torque from the low-end engine speeds and to deliver a virtually lag free repose and a smooth acceleration all the way up to the high rpm.
